Description

The Project will consist of a full interior and exterior renovation of an existing building found at 5209 W. Wendover Ave. High Point, NC 27265. The purpose of the renovation is to create a new recovery facility for women with children within Guilford County, North Carolina. The area of work for the Project within the existing building is approximately 32,069 SF. The scope of work includes architectural, interiors, MEP/FP engineering, civil engineering, structural engineering, landscape architecture, foodservice, and security design requirements.
