Description

The work required for this project shall consist of the removal and repair to the extent indicated herein and on the Drawings. Repair work shall include the following: Exterior work: Grading, construction of new concrete driveway and parking lot, installation of trench drain, new flagpole and ground sign, new landscaping (trees, shrubs & grass), concrete sidewalks, new water & sewer lines to connect to existing lines, new storm drain lines, installing bollards, etc. See drawings for full extent of the work. Interior work: removal of metal sidings of the existing metal building, construction of columns and wall foundations, concrete (floors) slabs on grade, erection of metal structure (columns, beams floor, roof joists, stone wall base with masonry back wall, exterior metal insulated wall panels, metal stud wall framing with gypsum board, doors & aluminum windows, floor/wall/ceiling finishes, electrical/plumbing & mechanical systems, TPO roof membrane with roof drains and scuppers, sectional overhead door, rough & finish carpentry, plumbing fixtures & accessories, fire extinguishers & cabinets, See drawings for full extent of the work.
