Description

Work includes the renovating the 2,400-square-foot interior of the existing facility; demolishing a previous 1,200-square-foot wood framed addition; replacing the previous addition a new 5,000-square-foot two-story addition for offices and parts storage. A 5,570-square-foot pre-engineered vehicle storage building will be bid as an alternate.
